Shipping for gum & candy is based on the total weight of your order.
The most economical route for most orders is the
US Mail Priority Flat Rate with delivery confirmation.
This will run $5.45 for small orders (up to one case) and $10.45 for up to two cases.
For larger orders where shipping will be a lot higher, we will calculate the best rate and email you
for your approval before we charge your card.
Note: Our shopping cart system is not smart enough to figure this
out. So disregard the shipping estimate that it calculates.
Introduced by the Ferrara Pan Candy Company in 1954, the Atomic FireBall was developed using the hot panned candy process. This process
involves building candy pieces from single grains of sugar and tossing them
into revolving pans while adding flavor, color and other candy ingredients. The
process continues until the pieces become the desired size, usually within 14
to 19 days! This results in a hard, solid candy globe. Jaw Busters
are created using this same process.
Lemonheads
were introduced in 1962 and made using the cold panned process. This
involves building candy pieces from candy centers and tossing them into
revolving pans while adding flavor, color and other candy ingredients.
The process continues until the pieces become the
desired size. The Lemonhead was created in an attempt to make a round sour
candy using a similar process as the Red Hot. Over the years, Ferrara Pan
Candy Company has created an assorted flavor line of "head" candy -
Lemonhead, Cherryheads, Grapeheads, Orangeheads,
and Appleheads.
