The most economical route for most orders is the US Mail Priority Flat Rate with delivery confirmation. This will run $6.45 for small orders and $10.45 for larger orders.

For larger orders where shipping will be a lot higher, we will calculate the best rate and email you for your approval before we charge your card.

Loose Sugar Crystals

A classic candy.  Rock Candy is the product of further refining by the crystallization of Pure Rock Candy!pure cane sugar.  In fact, it is the purest form of sugar available because impurities are excluded as the large crystals form. The crystal growth is based on the particular characteristics of sugar (sucrose) chemistry.

For centuries Rock Candy was recognized as having "marked therapeutic and preservative qualities".  In fact, in Western culture, sugar was used only for its medicinal or preservative properties into the middle of the 18th century.  It was then that people "discovered" it made a sweet treat.  Our Rock Candy is produced by Dryden & Palmer who have been refining and crystallizing sugar since 1880.

Today, Rock Candy is primarily used in two ways: as a delicious confection, and as an elegant sweetening alternative to ordinary table sugar for coffee and tea in fancy hotels and restaurants.

Each box contains 2-1/2 ounces of white, pure cane sugar crystals.
