Worms

Raised in Idaho, these worms are hardy and will do well anywhere in the continental United States.

Worms are an important part of any sustainable farm plan or organic home garden.

Orders are processed and the worms mailed out only on Monday's and Tuesday's.  By using U.S.P.S. Priority Service, your worms will arrive healthy and ready to get to work for you.

Find Your "Last Frost Dates"

As most of our loyal customers and gardening friends already know, this is more than a business to us.  It is a lifestyle.

To reflect this, we try to give back to the gardening community where we can.  Whether it is helping to find a special variety of seed or answering gardening questions.

We work to make this Web site more than just a catalog to sell things.

As spring moves into summer, I am commonly asked if it is safe to plant certain plants. Although some guessing and risk is still involved, we have created a new resource for you to use as a guide.

Based on the document, "Climatography of the U.S. No. 20, Supplement No. 1",  1988,  National Climatic Data Center, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration,  we have distilled the information down into an easy to search format.

What's New?

As warmer weather rolls in (for us, later this month), the garden planting season is upon us.

We are still trying to fulfill orders within two business days but getting your order in as early as possible will help us out.  It is our busy season inside and out :)
