Einfache Schnitt Parsley
70 days — 'Einfache Schnitt', which literally means "simple" or "easy cut" in German, is noted for its ability to remain upright through the growing season. The leaves are large, flat, glossy, bright-green and very aromatic on long stems. It is also cold hardy and is used for over-wintering and harvesting in the spring.
Parsley has been cultivated and used for centuries. It is used as a flavoring in soups and salads, as a garnish, and some varieties, as a vegetable (see 'Hamburg Rooted'). Each packet contains one gram, which is approximately 150 seeds. A biennial.
