Faribo Golden Heart

80 days, indeterminate — Regular leaf plants. Fruits are three to six ounces, globe-shaped (not heart-shaped as the name would indicate) and golden orange.

Good flavor, juicy, thick walls with few seeds. It held up well for us in the wet late fall weather. Flavored like a red tomato (slightly tart) and not sweet and mild like the color might suggest.

Released by the Farmer Seed Company of Faribault, Minnesota in about 1955. Our parent stock grown from USDA ARS accession number NSL 5817. Each packet contains approximately 20 seeds.
