NOTE: 'Atlantic' broccoli is an excellent variety, once very popular, but that has now apparently been replaced in the commercial seed trade by other varieties that are  presumably more profitable to seed vendors. We have it scheduled for growing out this season. If you are interested, please add yourself to the waiting list and you will be notified when it is available again. It is also like a vote and helps us determine demand.

70 days — The plants of 'Atlantic' broccoli are uniform, compact and fast growing. They produce large, well-rounded, solid, bluish heads, as well as heavy crops of side shoots. Although originally developed for the Eastern United States, 'Atlantic' broccoli does extremely well for us here in Oregon.

'Atlantic' broccoli was bred and originally introduced by Asgrow Seed Company, New Haven, Connecticut in 1960. Each packet contains 0.5 gram, which is approximately 125 to 175 seeds.

Loved this Broccoli
We planted this broccoli in a flower bed so it had the shade of a maple tree, amazing how much broccoli we harvested, you cut it off and it grows back. It was our first time growing it and will for sure grow this again.
