White Delicatesse

60 days — 'White Delicatesse' has greenish-white skin, creamy-white flesh, and is similar in size to 'Early White Vienna' except that it exhibits more uniformity in growth and disease resistance.

They have a nice, mild, turnip-like flavor, crispy texture, but without the pungency that turnips exhibit. Each packet contains 0.5 gram, which is approximately 125 seeds.

Another great plant!
Be sure to give these plenty of room because they do grow! I suggest planting wide enough apart to go through after about four weeks and plant again in between all the ones growing. That way you can harvest in sets. They get nice and big and I've frozen the leaves for soups later.

A must try vegetable
This was the first time we tried growing Kohl Rabi. The seeds all grew nicely and were delicious to eat. I preferred them pulled up while they were still pretty small in size.
