Long Smooth Hollow Crown

95 to 120 days — 'Long Smooth Hollow Crown' parsnips have roots that taper down to about twelve inches long and are two to three inches thick at the shoulders.  When they are exposed to the first frosts of the fall season, the sweetness is enhanced. Each packet contains three grams, which is approximately 450 seeds.

Pretty grower.
Of all the parsnips I have tried, this is the prettiest looking when harvested. I have had pretty good harvest with this one although I do love them all. I want to try fall planting with the parsnips.
