80 days — 'Anaheim' pepper plants are tall, upright, bushy, and long bearing. The peppers reach can get quite large, from six to eight inches long by one inch wide, are tapered, have medium thick walls. They develop to a deep-green color, turning red at full maturity. They have a nicely pungent flavor and typically are rather mild in heat, only reaching the 500 to 1,000 Scoville Units
In addition to fresh eating, they can be enjoyed canned or dried as well. An excellent choice for milder salsas or to add just a touch of heat to your favorite recipe. Each packet contains 0.25 gram, which is approximately 30 seeds.
