Italian Pepperoncini

72 days — This Italian heirloom produces prolific yields of thin, yellowish-green fruits that are traditionally pickled but can be enjoyed raw.  They grow two to four inches long and stay sweet for a long time.

Harvest fruits when green, yellow, or even at the red, mature stage. The picture above is an example of a maturing fruit. Each packet contains 0.25 gram, which is approximately 30 seeds.

Great for pickling
Once these plants started producing I got really excited because the plants were just LOADED. I was able to pick an entire plant at once and pickled them. The plants then grew tons more! I'll be growing twice as much this year so that I can pickle for gifts. They were amazing!
