Aan tu bai hua lu da dou
120 to 125 days — The plants grow up to forty five inches tall and produce black, oversize pods that contain two to three dark-green seed with brown hilums (eyes).  The seeds dimple on sides when dry.  It is an outstanding edamame (pronounced ed-uh-mah-may) variety.  Very sweet and firm.

It was donated to the USDA Soybean Germplasm Collection on January 26, 1993 by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and assigned accession  number PI 578374.  Each packet contains 25 to 30 seeds.
