110 days — 'Kogigu' is a Japanese variety of winter storage squash that is an excellent choice for folks who don't need giant fruits that are bred to feed a small army. As you can see in the photos, they are deeply ribbed and flattened-globe shaped, with rough, waxy skins and average a couple of pounds in weight. The tasty, fine-grained, deep orange flesh is of excellent eating quality.
