80 to 90 days, vining-type — With typical yields of 400 to 500 bushels per acre, 'Beauregard' sweet potatoes out-yields nearly all other sweet potato varieties making it one of the world's most popular for production farm operations.

Its skin is an attractive copper color with flesh that is a moderately deep-orange hue. It tends to be consistent in shape and stores well. 'Beauregard' is tolerant to soil pox and resists cracking.

'Beauregard' was developed at Louisiana State University and introduced in 1987.

SPECIAL ORDERING NOTES: Please carefully read the ordering and shipping policies found on the main sweet potato category page - click here. There is no way of accommodating special requests. The fulfillment of sweet potato plant orders is extremely time consuming and even more so, time sensitive.

Your order will be shipped to you in the date range for your zone as described. Please note that even if the cart shows First Class Postage, plants ship out from the farm in Tennessee on Mondays and Tuesdays using U.S. Priority Mail. With these methods, plants are healthy and strong when they arrive.

As a reminder, sweet potatoes can ONLY be sent to the LOWER 48 STATES and ship using the U.S. Postal Service. In order to minimize delays or lost packages, please provide a valid U.S. Mail address.

These sweet potatoes where the best tasting ever.
These sweet potatoes where the best tasting ever. They where so much better than those from the supermarket and almost took over one end of my 24' x 48' garden. Being nightshade intolerant this was a nice change from others. Will buy again. Have bought again. Keep up the good work.
