Pineapple
75 days,
indeterminate — The vines of 'Pineapple' are vigorous, provide great leaf cover for their fruit, and require support. Their oblate-shaped, bi-colored fruits are deep orange mottled with pink that radiates from the blossom end. They can get quite large, weighing between twelve and sixteen ounces each. A very delicious slicing variety.
Reportedly an old heirloom from Ohio, it was introduced commercially by the now defunct Gleckler Seedsmen of Metamora, Ohio. Each packet contains approximately 20 seeds.
