— The regular leaf plants of 'Zleovo' are productive. Its fruit is are small in size (weighing two to four ounces), red in color, globe-shaped, borne in clusters, and taste excellent.
While in the Peace Corps, 'Zleovo' was collected by Steve Neumann of Pueblo, Colorado in the small village of Zleovo, Macedonia, in what was once Yugoslavia. (It should be noted that the westernized spelling of the village's name is found as both "Zlevo" and "Zleovo."
) He sent seeds to Dr. Carolyn Male in 2009 who subsequently offered them through SSE in 2011 and sent us a sample. Each packet contains approximately 20 seeds.
