Seven Top Slow Food USA - Ark of Taste

50 days — The roots of 'Seven Top' turnips tend to be tough, woody, strong flavored and although they can be eaten when young and tender, are generally considered inedible. For many years, it has been a very popular variety in the Southern United States where it is grown over winter for spring turnip greens.

A pre-1800 variety used only for its greens. Each packet contains 0.5 gram, which is approximately 125 seeds.
