Description
Charleston Gray No. 133
90 days — The rinds are medium thick, tough, and grayish green with darker veining in coloration with dark red flesh.  The fruits are oblong shaped with rounded ends and reach twenty to forty pounds in weight.  Along with excellent flavor for fresh eating, the rinds are generally thick enough for pickling applications.

The original 'Charleston Gray' was released in 1954. 'Charleston Gray No. 133' was selected for improved disease resistance.  Each packet contains two grams, which is approximately 20 seeds.

Best Watermelon
Charleston Gray No. 133 watermelons have great flavor, great yields, and great disease-resistant fast-growing vines. They still sometimes get diseases, but I haven't grown any other varieties that do better.
