Description
 Purple Dove
70 days — The bushes are a half-runner type but generally do not require support.  The plants produce deep purple flowers and beautiful purple pods that are about five inches long.  They have an excellent flavor, are stringless and turn green when cooked.

This is another of the many vegetable varieties developed by Robert Lobitz.  Each packet contains one ounce, which is approximately 95 to 100 seeds.  Very rare and in limited supply.

Really enjoyed these beans!
Really enjoyed these beans! They have a great flavor and the beans and foliage are very attractive. Even in the SC summer heat they kept going strong, right up to frost.
