Lammer's Black
110 days — The plants reach about two feet, are good yielding, with pods that contain three beans each. Seeds are medium-sized, slightly oval in shape, and a dull black color.  The thin skin of the beans allow them to cook quickly and they are a good choice for tofu and tempeh.  Each packet contains 25 to 30 seeds.
