Dwarf Modern RomanOpen Source Seed Initiative
(A 2024 Victory Seed Company North American Introduction)

87 days, dwarf - The rugose, potato leaf plants of 'Dwarf Modern Roman' are healthy, bushy, reach up to three feet in height, that produce good amounts of four ounce, elongated, red colored, solid, meaty, paste-type fruit that are meaty, very mild, and have a slightly sweet flavor.

The "Worry" family originated from a cross made by Craig LeHoullier between Dwarf Tomato Project release 'Wherokowhai' and the indeterminate variety 'Speckled Roman'. 'Dwarf Modern Roman' was selected and named by Gina McDermott in 2017. Along with key contributor Gina McDermott, Craig LeHoullier, Denise Salmon, Susan Oliverson, Bill Minkey, Mike Dunton, and John Dunton are the other contributors to creating this new variety.

It was released by the Victory Seed Company to the gardening public for the 2024 season.

Brand new limited release for 2024. Each packet contains approximately 20 seeds.
