85 days, dwarf - The rugose, regular leaf plants of 'Gondwana Lightning' are compact and reach about three feet in height. Its fruit weigh two to five ounces, are globe to slightly oblate in shape. Their color begins as a bright green turning a deep purple-black color, and ripening to pink (clear skin with red flesh) with orange stripes. Mildly tart and sweet, very juicy.

'Gondwana Lightning' was bred and named by Patrina Nuske-Small of NSW, Australia. It was released by the Victory Seed Company to the North American gardening public for the 2024 season.

Brand new limited release for 2024. Each packet contains approximately 20 seeds.
